AUTHORITY IBBI AMENDS RULES FOR GRIEVANCES – COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCEDURE & INSPECTION – INVESTIGATION
NEW DELHI 14TH JUNE, TECHNO NEWS: THE INSOLVENCY AND BANKRUPTCY BOARD OF INDIA issued a NOTIFICATION No. IBBI/2022-23/GN/REG086 New Delhi, the 14th June, 2022 named Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Grievance and Complaint Handling Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 & NOTIFICATION No. IBBI/2022-23/GN/REG087 Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Inspection and Investigation) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022.
IBBI has amended the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Grievance and Complaint Handling Procedure) Regulations, 2017 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Inspection and Investigation) Regulations, 2017, according to an official release on Wednesday.
With a view to putting in place a streamlined and swift complaint handling procedure, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) has amended rules pertaining to redressal of grievances filed against insolvency professionals.
IBBI has amended the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Grievance and Complaint Handling Procedure) Regulations, 2017 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Inspection and Investigation) Regulations, 2017, according to an official release on Wednesday……
